1988 to 1992

I’m still thinking about this, and still have to go through my pile of CDs. But, these were damn good years for music. My Bloody Valentine came out with both Loveless and Isn’t Anything during this 4 year period. PJ Harvey’s first album Dry also came out, and then of course there’s Superchunk’s No Pocky for Kitty, Fugazi’s Repeater and Pavement’s Slanted and Enchanted. Finally, Lets not forget Nirvana with Bleach and Nevermind. Listen in this Wednesday from 8 to 10pm.

Depeche Mode, Violator – 1990. It’d be out of the question not to include Enjoy the Silence or Policy of Truth.

Jesus Jones: Right Here, Right Now, 1990. One of the best songs you could add to the list.

A number more, but they might not jive with your playlist and I’m equally curious what some of these other songs are. Play on, my friend.

Great suggestions! Let me know if there’s something specific off of Violator you want to hear. I have a tendency to always play Blue Dress.

What a great suggestion for Jesus Jones! I thought I play I’m Burning off of Doubt?

  3. radioloveless Says:

I totally read over that you recommended two tracks for Violator (I think I played policy of truth last week.)
